Only use these firmware updates if you have contacted support and were instructed download one of them and modify your firmware. These firmware updates will only work with version 3 or 4 Club Keyboards. These will not work for older models.

Firmware update procedure

A USB connection is required for the firmware update.

Wired Keyboard instructions: With the wired keyboard unplugged hold the top left button down plug the USB cable into the keyboard. Wait a few seconds to make sure the keyboard has booted up. Release the button. Run the firmware updater app you downloaded. The app will connect and update the firmware on your device. Once complete, you will need to unplug the device and plug it back in to reboot.

Wireless Keyboard instructions: Plug your wireless keyboard into you PC via USB cable. Turn the power switch off. Hold the top left button down and turn the power switch on. Wait a few seconds to make sure the keyboard has booted up. Release the button. Run the firmware updater app you downloaded. The app will connect and update the firmware on your device. Once complete, you will need to power the device off and back on again. You will also need to un-pair (remove) the device from your PC and then re-pair it to reestablish wireless connection.
